Shipping Policy
We use Japan Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service) to deliver our products to customers. EMS is a fast and reliable international shipping service provided by Japan Post.
Features of EMS
- Fast Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 days after shipping. (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.)
- Trackable: A tracking number will be provided after shipping, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment online.
- Insurance Coverage: EMS includes insurance for lost or damaged items up to a certain amount.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and region.
- The shipping cost is determined by the total weight of the items in your order. This is also calculated automatically at checkout.
- The weight of each product can be found in the attached image below for reference.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $300!
To save on shipping costs, we highly recommend placing an order of $300 or more. If your order total exceeds $300, shipping will be free! EMS shipping can be relatively expensive, so ordering in bulk is a great way to reduce costs.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment.

- North America (USA, Canada): 4–7 days
- Europe: 5–10 days
- Asia: 3–5 days
- Oceania: 5–10 days
- South America & Africa: 7–14 days
